Chester K. “Chet” Enstrom, the founder of Enstrom Candies, began his career in the ice cream business many years before he developed his recipe for Almond Toffee. While working on an inclusion for a butter brickle ice cream, Chet perfected an especially delightful treat that would soon become Enstrom Almond Toffee. Since 1960, the Enstrom family has perfected and continued Chet’s craft. As a designer for Enstrom Candies, I have been given the opportunity to create best-in-class creative for five years.
